At The Wellness Room, healing is never rushed. It's a quiet unfolding - a return to balance through breath, movement, and energy. These one-on-one sessions are designed for those who feel stuck, depleted, tense or simply ready to reconnect with themselves on a deeper level.

Each session is intuitively guided and tailored to your needs. We begin with a gentle check-in, then move through calming sequence that may include restorative yoga, breath - centered meditation, and hands-on or distance energy work. As an Energy Seer, I work with the body's subtle systems to balance your meridians and chakras, helping to clear stagnant energy, ease physical discomfort, release tension, and restore flow.

This is not just a treatment - it's a conversation between your body, your spirit, and the space we hold together. Whether you're navigating stress, emotional fatigue, physical discomfort, these sessions offer a place to land, to listen and to heal.

What's included in the Guided Healing Session?

Each session is a personalized experience designed to support your physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. I draw from over two decades of intuitive practice to create a space where your body can soften, your energy can realign, and your spirit can breathe.

Breathwork

Gentle, intentional breathing techniques to calm the nervous system and bring you into presence.

Restorative Movement

Slow, supportive yoga postures to release tension, increase mobility and invite ease into the body.

Meditation

Guided or silent practices to quiet the mind, deepen awareness, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

Chakra Balancing

Energetic clearing and alignment of the body's seven main energy center to support emotional and spiritual harmony.

Meridian Work

A blend of Reiki, energy medicine, and intuitive guidance to help release stuck patterns and restore balance.

Check-in & Integration

We begin with a quiet check-in to set your intention, and close with space to reflect, integrate, and ground your experience

After Your Session

After a Guided Healing session, you may feel lighter, calmer and more grounded. Emotional release, physical ease, energetic clarity are common.

Because we work with the nervous system, meridians, and chakras, shifts may continue unfolding in the hours or days that follow. You might notice improved sleep, reduced tension, heightened intuition, or simply a softer way of being.

How long is a Guided Healing Session?

Each session is approximately 75 minutes, allowing time for check-in, movement, energy work, and integration

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that  allows you to move and relax. Layers are great, especially for restorative work

Do I need to bring anything?

Just yourself. All props and equipment are provided. If you prefer your own mat and blanket, feel free to bring it.

Can I eat before my session?

It's best to receive a session on an empty stomach.  Try to eat lightly 1 - 2 hours before, and avoid heavy meals 3 - 4 hours prior. Hydrate beforehand, but feel free to bring a water bottle

What if I have an injury or health condition or can't get on and off the floor?

Please let me know before your session. I'll offer modifications and support to ensure comfort and safety. 

It is not necessary to be able to get on the floor. Sessions are also available with the support of a chair.

What does "energy work" involve?

Energy work may include Reiki, clearing and balancing, the aura, chakra's and meridians, intuitive guidance, and deeply restorative

Is this like a massage or physical therapy?

 

No - this is a holistic healing experience focused on energetic and emotional alignment, with gentle movement and breathwork. It's not a clinical or manual therapy.

Can I book a session if I'm new to yoga and energy work?

 

Absolutely. These sessions are for all levels and tailored to your comfort and experience.

What's the difference between hands-on and distance energy work?

Hands-on energy work involves light touch (with consent), while distance energy work is done without physical contact. Both are equally effective and deeply supportive.
