Service Description
A deeply restorative one-on-one experience designed to support your physical, emotional and energetic well-being. Each session begins with a quiet check-in to set your intention and tune into what's present. From there, we move through a calming sequence that may include breathwork, restorative movement, meditation, and intuitive energy healing. I work with your body's subtle systems to balance the meridians and chakras, helping to release tension, clear stagnant energy and restore flow. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, physically tight, emotionally fatigued, or simply seeking deeper alignment, this session offers a space to soften, reconnect and heal. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule individual appointments, please contact us at least 12 hours in advance via, text, Facebook or calling 250-305-7641. No show fee is the full price of the missed service. To cancel or reschedule yoga classes or Sound Bath please give 12 hours notice. Classes and Sound Baths will not be rescheduled or refunded without 12 hours notice. ALL CLASSES HAVE MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 4 STUDENTS TO RUN. A cancelation email will be sent to you the day before the scheduled class. Thanks for understanding.
